Why Participate

  1. All selected datasets will be published on the IEEE DataPort platform with full recognition to the contributors.
  2. Selected datasets will be encourages to submit in the IEEE Data Descriptions (IEEE-Data) journal (an open-access journal) following its guidelines, and if accepted its APC for publication wi be waived off (which is US $600).
  3. Free APSCON 2026 registration for finalist to present work

Submission Requirements

  • Datasets must be original (not previously published or assigned a DOI).
  • Each submission must include a 2‑page metadata description outlining:
    • Objective and scope
    • Data collection methods and instrumentation
    • Structure, format, and sample entries
    • Potential applications and use cases
    • Ethical considerations (if any)

Submissions must comply with IEEE DataPort standards for dataset upload.
