AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Note: For an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered with a full author registration.

• Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
• All the submitted papers will be evaluated for presentation, in the form of poster or oral presentation.
• Student author: 1 paper allowed in the student-author registration. Any additional paper can be added by paying ₹5000. GST and other convenience charges, as applicable.
• Non-student author: 2 papers allowed in the non-student-author registration. Any additional paper can be added by paying ₹6500. GST and other convenience charges, as applicable.
• All refund/cancellation requests must be received by January 25, 2026. 

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if:

1. An appropriate registration fee has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper’s publication
2. eCF (electronic copyright form) has been received
3. The paper is presented in the conference by the registered author
4. Accepted and presented papers that meet IEEE's quality standards will be published in the conference proceedings

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by January 19, 2026, no exceptions. Student Non-Author registration fees cannot be used for the publication of an accepted paper. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper: they have to pay the member fee. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

BANK TRANSFERS

Participants opting to pay via bank transfer (non-refundable) must complete the registration by following the steps outlined below.

Steps to Complete Registration via Bank Transfer:

1. Complete the online registration form.
2. On the payment page, select Pay by Bank Transfer as the payment option.
3. Transfer the amount to the below mentioned bank account.

4. After completing the transfer, submit the Payment Details Form by entering the following details:
   1. Full Name
   2. Date of Payment
   3. Uploading the remittance / transaction proof
5. Submit the form and close the payment window.
6. Once the payment is verified, a registration confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Note: 
Participants paying by credit card should complete their registration directly through the online payment gateway.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Kindly submit all refund/ cancellation requests via email to sdiffenbach@conferencecatalysts.com, on or before January 25, 2026. Requests received after this date will not be considered.
• Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to get processed.
• The registration fee will be refunded after deducting the taxes & convenience fee charged at the time of registering online.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact sdiffenbach@conferencecatalysts.com, IEEE APSCON 2026 Conference Manager, if you would like to request permission to video record during IEEE APSCON 2026. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
